Job Description:
Charlotte Company is seeking a Professional Receptionist to support their front desk. As a Receptionist in this fast paced off, you will be answering 11 phone lines and supporting over 40 employees in directing calls, transferring to extensions, taking messages and providing overall quality customer service both in person and over the phone to customers and vendors. As a direct support to Management and sales teams with the updating of their company web-site, data entry, research and mailing projects, invoicing and others as assigned. Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional receptionist experience, have excellent grammar and communication skills, both oral and written and have a good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
