South Charlotte manufacturer is seeking an experienced professional to join their Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and placing outbound calls to customers, researching all customer complaints and resolving them in a professional manner using excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job requirements include: * A High School diploma at minimum * College education preferred * 3 years of telemarketing or customer service experience within manufacturing or industrial industry. Successful candidates will have the ability to interact with co-workers at all levels, be a team player, be articulate and well organized and work as team an individually to meet compliance rules and deadlines.
